Designed for high-speed, low-impedance probing, the Low-Z PML Series offers precision signal access even in the tightest PCB layouts. The 2.5 mm slim tip housing and 0.5 mm spring-loaded gold tip provide superior visibility and contact precision, particularly in densely packed environments.

These probes are especially suited for RF signal testing on IC pins, thanks to their low inductance and innovative contacting system. The optional IC caps (0.5 mm to 1.27 mm pitch), ground blades, and glue-on copper pads ensure optimal performance with minimal circuit disturbance.

The 50Ω output termination supports high-speed oscilloscope compatibility, and the optional RO feature ensures correct scaling via automatic read-out. All probes are factory calibrated, with calibration certificates available upon request.
